Rupnagar, 27 November 2025: Under the guidance of Mr. Prem Kumar Mittal, District Education Officer (SE), Rupnagar, Mass Counselling Sessions were successfully conducted today at Government Senior Secondary School, Behrampur Zimidara and Government High School, Kotla Nihang. The sessions aimed to support students in academic planning, emotional well-being, confidence building, and exploring career opportunities.

The experts interacted with students from both schools, guiding them on career paths, goal-setting, skill development, and responsible decision-making.
At GSSS Behrampur Zimidara, the programme was coordinated by Incharge Mrs. Parminder Kaur along with School Guidance Counsellor Mrs. Gurdeep Kaur.
At GHS Kotla Nihang, the session was organised under the supervision of Headmistress Mrs. Sonia and School Guidance Counsellor Mr. Kulwant Singh.
Students enthusiastically participated in the interactive discussions and appreciated the valuable guidance offered by the counselling team. The initiative reflected the district’s continued commitment towards the academic, emotional, and career development of students.
