World Wetland Day Celebrated at GGSSS Nangal T/Ship

Nangal, 1 February : GGSSS Nangal T/Ship observed World Wetland Day with great enthusiasm. To raise awareness about the significance of wetlands, Harshita from Class 11th C delivered an insightful speech.

The celebration continued with the students taking the Wetland Mitra Oath during the assembly, pledging to protect and conserve wetlands.

A poster-making competition was also organized, encouraging students to express their creativity and highlight the importance of wetlands.

The event aimed to educate and inspire students to become responsible stewards of the environment and protect these vital ecosystems.
